Barbara Knowles
Pre-School ManagerBarbara joined the Pre-school in 1995 as a member of the committee. Since then she has gained many Early Years qualifications including: Playwork- Level 1, Safeguarding for the Lead Practitioner, Food Hygiene, First Aid and Early Years Foundation Degree
Barbara is also the settings named person for Behaviour and safeguarding.
Helen Darby
Deputy Manager & SENDCoHelen joined the Pre-school in May 2025. She is the SENDCo for the setting and Deputy Lead for Safeguarding.
Eve Knowles
Room Leader & Key PersonEve joined Cullingworth Pre-school in June 2017. She holds a degree in Early Childhood Studies and is a qualified first aider.
Jo Major
Admin ManagerJo was on our committee as treasurer and joined the staff team in September 2021. Jo manages the Pre-School admissions and Children’s funding
Sarah Keith
Early Years Practitioner & Key PersonSarah joined Pre-school in 2022. She holds a Level 3 in Early Years Education and is paediatric first aid qualified.
Donna Beer
Early Years Practitioner & Key Person,Donna joined the Pre-school in 2001. She gained her Early Years qualifications and training whilst working at the setting. These include: First Aid and Children’s Care, Learning and Development- Level 4.
Linda Copland
Early Years Practitioner & Key PersonLinda joined the Pre-school in 1996 as a member of the committee. Since then she has gained many Early Years qualifications including: Playwork- Level 1, First Aid and Children’s Care, Learning and Development- Level 3.
Julie Martin
Early Years Practitioner & Key PersonJulie joined Pre-school in 2015. She holds a level 3 BTEC national diploma in childhood studies. Julie is also a qualified first aider and has completed training in food hygiene.
Ainsleigh Binns
Early Years Practitioner & Key Person,Ainsleigh joined Pre-school in 2023. She joined Pre-school as a practitioner and now keyperson.
Becki McDermott
Early Years Practitioner & Key PersonBecki joined Cullingworth Pre-school in September 2020. Becki has a level 3 in Early Years and she is a qualified first aider.
Louise Parker
Early Years Practitioner & Key PersonLouise joined Pre-school in September 2021. She has a level 3 in Children’s Care, Learning and Development and has paediatric first aid.

Early Years Practitioner & Key Person,Leanne joined the Pre-school in November 2024. She holds a level 3 in Children’s Care, Learning & Development.
