BARBARA KNOWLES
Pre-School Manager
Barbara joined the Pre-school in 1995 as a member of the committee. Since then she has gained many Early Years qualifications including: Playwork- Level 1, Safeguarding for the Lead Practitioner, Food Hygiene, First Aid and Early Years Foundation Degree
Barbara is also the settings named person for Behaviour and safeguarding.
Nikki Allmey
Deputy Manager & Key Person
Nikki rejoined the staff team in June 2019, having worked at Pre-school previously. She holds a degree in Early Childhood Studies and safe guarding for the lead practitioner. She is also a qualified first aider.
Sue Wood
Admissions Administrator
Sue joined the Pre-school in 1996. She manages the Pre-School admissions and Children’s funding. Sue’s qualifications include: Level 3 in Early Years Childcare and Education and First Aid.
Linda Copland
Early Years Practitioner & Key Person
Linda joined the Pre-school in 1996 as a member of the committee. Since then she has gained many Early Years qualifications including: Playwork- Level 1, First Aid and Children’s Care, Learning and Development- Level 3. Linda is also the setting’s Inclusion Champion.
Julie Martin
Early Years Practitioner & Key Person
Julie joined Pre-school in 2015. She holds a level 3 BTEC national diploma in childhood studies. Julie is also a qualified first aider and has completed training in food hygiene.
Gabbie Arcuri
Early Years Practitioner & Key Person
Gabbie joined Pre-school in 2013. She has a level 3 in Children’s Care, Learning and Development and has paediatric first aid.
Donna Beer
Early Years Practitioner & Key Person
Donna joined the Pre-school in 2001. She gained her Early Years qualifications and training whilst working at the setting. These include: First Aid and Children’s Care, Learning and Development- Level 4.
Beth Dowler
Early Years Practitioner & Key Person
Beth joined the Pre-school in January 2020. Beth holds a degree in Early Childhood Studies and has an up to date first aid qualification.
Eve Knowles

Eve joined Cullingworth Pre-school in June 2017. She holds a degree in Early Childhood Studies and is a qualified first aider.
Laura Callanan
Early Years Practitioner & Key Person
Laura joined Pre-school in 2018. She holds a foundation degree in Early Years and is first aid qualified.
Becki McDermott
Early Years Practitioner & Key Person
Becki joined Cullingworth Pre-school in September 2020. Becki has a level 3 in Early Years and she is a qualified first aider.
Natalie O’Gan
Student Practitioner
Natalie joined Pre-school in 2020. She is studying towards a level 3 in Early Yeas whilst working with us one day a week.
